This website is operated by Veer Intelligence Solutions FZC ("VEER", "we"), registered in Ajman Media City Free Zone, United Arab Emirates (licence no. 677), with offices at Office 2504, Fortune Executive Tower, Cluster T, JLT, Dubai. What we collect

• Details you give us through the briefing request form or by email: name, organisation, role, work email, phone number, markets of interest and your message.
• Basic technical information that web servers record automatically, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site secure and working.

This website does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and arrange a briefing.
• To prepare and manage a proposal or engagement you have asked for.
• To keep the website secure and to understand, in aggregate, how it is used.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Legal basis

We process personal data in line with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and other applicable laws. We rely on your request (to respond to it), our legitimate business interests (to run and protect the site), and your consent where it is required.

Sharing

We share personal data only with service providers who help us operate the website and handle enquiries, such as hosting and form-delivery services, under appropriate confidentiality obligations, or where the law requires it.

Retention

Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and for no longer than two years unless you become a client, in which case contractual terms apply.

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its processing, by writing to [email protected]. We will respond within the period required by law.

Media monitoring services

Separately from this website, VEER's services analyse publicly available media content for clients. We do not collect private communications, and we keep public discourse separate from private information. Details for clients are set out in each engagement agreement.
