Approach

Technology for scale. People for meaning.

VEER uses a hybrid intelligence model: monitoring technology captures media at scale, and expert analysts validate, interpret and advise. Nothing reaches a client unread.

The hybrid intelligence model

Technology makes large-scale collection and rapid processing possible. Human expertise is what interprets context, validates results and turns data into insight. VEER is built so that each does what it is good at.

Layer 1

Technology

  • Media crawlers and monitoring systems
  • AI-assisted classification and first-pass sentiment
  • Real-time alerting and automated aggregation
  • A secure online intelligence platform

Output: comprehensive, real-time media data

Layer 2

Human intelligence

  • Native Arabic analysts with regional expertise
  • Contextual narrative analysis
  • Validation of automated sentiment and relevance
  • Strategic interpretation and recommendations

Output: actionable intelligence and strategic insight

From monitoring to advice, in four layers

Monitoring is the starting point, not the product. Intelligence is produced when data is interpreted, connected and translated into a decision.

01

Monitoring

Systematic collection of relevant content across agreed sources and topics.

02

Analysis

Human-led classification, contextual sentiment, narrative clustering and weak signals.

03

Insight

What is changing, why it matters now, and what it implies for reputation and stakeholders.

04

Advisory

Risk prioritisation, strategic considerations and communication implications for leaders.

The six-step workframe

Every item that reaches a client follows the same path. Steps three and four are what separate an intelligence service from a monitoring feed.

  1. Capture

Continuous collection across social, online, print and broadcast media, in Arabic and English.

  2. Filter

Analysts remove noise and false positives. Only relevant material advances.

  3. Enrich

Each item is tagged by topic, narrative, sentiment, platform, language and account type.

  4. Assess

Analysts determine why it is moving, who is driving it and where it is heading.

  5. Report

Alerts and reports are written for the stakeholder, not exported from a dashboard.

  6. Advise

Recommended monitoring or response actions, with the reasoning behind them.

Accurate analysis, meaningful insights, and actionable recommendations

  • Human review of every classified item before it is included in a report
  • Cross-checking of sentiment and narrative interpretation
  • Peer review for sensitive or high-impact items
  • Calibration sessions with each client, and continuous feedback loops
  • Traceability of every insight back to its source material

The result is validated relevance accuracy of 97% or better.

Governance and confidentiality

Our clients include government entities and organisations with sensitive mandates. Discretion is part of the method, not an add-on.

Governance

  • Defined points of contact on both sides
  • Clear roles for monitoring, analysis and escalation
  • Agreed reporting cadence and review sessions

Confidentiality

  • Restricted access to monitored data and reports
  • Controlled distribution by agreed access levels
  • Secure storage and transmission

Data protection

  • Publicly available media content only
  • No unauthorised collection of personal data
  • Public discourse kept separate from private information

Assurance

  • Every insight traceable to its source
  • Escalation decisions open to review
  • Improvement based on client feedback

Where we draw the line

Stating what we do not do is part of being trusted with sensitive work.

No closed networks

We monitor open, publicly accessible sources. Private messaging groups are outside our scope.

No inference as proof

Attribution is a judgement. We state our confidence and say so when we are unsure.

No bot forensics

We do not offer automated bot-network forensics or technical attribution of campaigns.

Four weeks from kick-off to steady state

  1. Week 1: Discovery

Kick-off with your team. Entities, topics and markets defined; stakeholders, escalation contacts, alert thresholds and report formats agreed.

  2. Week 2: Build

Narrative architecture implemented, sources and dialect variants configured, portal and dashboards set up, report templates drafted.

  3. Week 3: Calibrate

Live monitoring begins. Accuracy and relevance tested against real output; thresholds tuned with your feedback; your team onboarded on the portal.

  4. Week 4: Steady state

The full reporting rhythm is live, a weekly alignment call is in place, and the first monthly analysis is scheduled.

We recommend a paid pilot of four to six weeks on a defined scope, one market and one topic set, so you can judge the analysis on real output.
